WELCOME TO BRANFORD SUMMER STUDIES!

"Adventures in Summer Learning 2011" offers fun enrichment courses for children and youngsters and Credit Recovery/Grade Improvement/Enrichment courses for high school students.

Our semester is from July 5th-July 29th, weekday mornings, at Francis Walsh Intermediate School, except as noted.

The goal for our children and youngsters is to have fun while learning and retaining academic skills (reading, writing, arithmetic and technology). A primary objective of our courses is to avoid the "summer regression" of our students.

Our partnership with Branford Park & Rec allows students to take our courses in the morning, and Rec activities in the afternoon. We provide free bus transportation from Walsh to Park & Rec locations at 11:45 am daily!

As one of our parents said recently "I think of it as a great program for families who don’t want their kids in camp all day, but want to give them a few hours of fun learning. I also like that the programs are taught be so many of our Branford teachers."

Register Now on this website. (Personal checks and Major Credit Cards accepted.)
Or, download a registration form and fax or mail.
Or, in-person or phone at Branford HS from May 1st on, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., weekdays, 203.457.2604.

We look forward to seeing you this summer!
